At GoGet we use Royal Mail UK confirmed and MyHermes for our delivery services to the UK.
GoGet aims to dispatch your item(s) with 1-2 working days with an expected delivery of 2-3 days following dispatch. This may not be possible during busy periods but we endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible.
All bikes are sent FREE via MyHermes and any helmets or accessories can be sent with them for no extra postage charge to the UK only. If you are outside the UK please get in touch for a postal quote before placing an order.
Bike accessories and helmets range in delivery cost from £3.90 to £7.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail UK confirmed or MyHermes depending on value and size of the item(s).
For all orders you will be required to sign for your delivery, so please ensure you are available and have given us the correct delivery address.
If you are not available to sign for the item then you will receive a delivery card informing you of a failed delivery. If the parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail you will be required to collect it from your local depot or arrange redelivery within seven calendar days. If this is not done, the parcel will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the delivery charges to redeliver.
If the parcel was being delivered by MyHermes then the courier will automatically make two further attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days, before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions. If you have missed the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date.
